Hospital Pics

We are having so much fun! Luckily my mom was able to fly out early so we are suruviving. Our doctor kindly asked how Trevor was doing and when I told him he was given an extra day to take his exams (he will take them tomorrow) he told me I need to stay another night so he can sleep and study. I'm ready to get home but another night of help can't be a bad thing right? We will be figuring it all out soon enough. Austin is really excited about the "baby" and wants to hold him all the time. We'll see how he feels about him when we walk in the front door!

Bridger Mellor Wright

Our sweet little boy arrived on April 27th at 7:17 am. He weighed 7 lbs 4 oz and was 21 inches long!!! He has a lot of dark brown hair and his daddy's adorable chin!

Contractions

I was scheduled for a C-section on May 1st but on April 26th I started having contractions every 2-4 minutes and lasting around 1 minute long. Trevor and I snagged this picture before going to the hospital for what we thought may be "the real deal". I even packed a hospital bag. We felt a lot more prepared this time. Of coarse they ended up sending us home because I had no cervical change. The hospital bag came in handy a few hours later though- I woke up at 2:30 am and my water had broken!

Blue and White Stripes

I found a really good deal on a seer-sucker suit for Easter. Austin literally "strutted" around the house when we put it on him. He KNEW he looked good!

Easter Morning

Austin was excited to find a water table and sidewalk chalk from The Bunny. He was a spoiled little boy this year. Although Missouri is flat we happen to have a park with some pretty good hills so we were able to roll our easter eggs afterall. As you can see in the pictures Austin didn't really "roll" them so they didn't last too long...

Egg Hunts, The Easter Bunny, and Eggs

Austin was able to collect his own eggs this year and he really enjoyed himself. He couldn't seem to get enough of them. He was more interested in throwing the ones we dyed than coloring them but atleast he got some use out of them.

Visitors!!!

Jeff, Marcie, Lilly, Tom and Nathan came to visit us from Utah. They were able to see the LDS Historic Sites and go to Springfield Illinois. We are so happy they made us part of their family vacation. Austin loved being with his cousins and was sad to see them go.

At The Park

I love the Spring and Fall in Missouri. They actually exist here!!! There are blossoms, squirrels and bunnies everywhere!!! We love being outside in this perfect weather.

Even Bigger

I don't know how I missed taking pictures at the "cute" stage. I all of a sudden had a little over a month left and realized I needed some pictures! Too bad I'll have to remember the "big" belly and not the bump!

Spring Break and St Louis

Trevor finally had a break!!! We went to the St Louis Arch and it was A LOT bigger than I expected. We also took Austin to the zoo. It was a wonderful day!

A Growing Belly

There it is- large and round!!!

Austin and His Dinosaurs

Austin now has a couple of shirts with dinosaurs and he thinks they are pretty cool!
